@Dr_Done_ @RCPhysicians Post grad Paramedic and nurses are able to prescribe and work in primary care with similar training levels whilst commanding the same band 7 pay scale. PAs are being singled out unfairly. It’s only a matter of time until they get registration and prescribing.

The data scientists aren’t even employed directly but through a consultancy which doesn’t even mention its diverse workforce on its website. Headline implies they only hire data scientists that are autistic which is inherently discriminatory. It’s a shocking own goal. 🧵2/3

At 13.5% of pensionable pay this is 8k a month and £96k a year and from other replies seems like you’re making huge overpayments on your pension.

@paton_maria Some fantastic work been done within areas of NHSE to push for recognition for Healthcare Analytics as it’s own AfC branch as we’re put in with Admin and Clerical atm which is a huge disservice to what we do. AfC needs revamping to reflect modern healthcare.

@RoshanaMN Many patients actively opt out of the use of technology that allows a dynamic response to an appointment as you are suggesting. Letters take time to arrange, post and patients need notice to arrange leave too.
