On Tuesday, I walked through Bruin Plaza as I do every day but instead of just hearing the hustle and bustle of UCLA students walking across campus, I heard my peers in the Students for Justice in Palestine club chant “long live the intifada.”
I have visited a few countries. By few I mean less than 10. Both in the developed and developing world. Of all, one stood out for me. That is Israel. The Israelis are very sophisticated, very innovative. Lessons for South Africa!
