@ericsyuan @Zoom I disclosed Autism, ADHD, Complex PTSD and financial hardship to Zoom Support, supplied clinical evidence, and requested assistance. After disability disclosure, the case appears to have remained at standard support level and then stalled. I cannot establish whether any accessibility review, adjustment, specialist support process, or escalation was ever applied following disclosure. Zoom states it considers cognitive disabilities within its accessibility commitments. I am asking whether those processes were followed in practice?
