It's been 5-days & the voucher is still not generated.
Called the Support multiple times.
1. Oneplus IVR sucks, I've pressing 1 for English after 6 times continuously calling 1/2

6. Sarthak - Tried to educate me that I should have purchased the plan earlier, why I was so late. When I tried to explain him. He told me don't show your power to me.
7. All associates are terrible at English.

This is the wrost app or service I've ever used. Still my refund is pending since 3 months. They didn't deliver my clothes until 2 months and they call it as India's number 1 service.
