@realEstateTrent On rainy Sundays, I home cook elaborate dishes and freeze them in 1-person portions. When tired, just slow reheat in saucepan, adding whatever is needed: pasta, rice etc. (Also cream & yoghurt as they don’t freeze well). Great Sunday family learning times & everyday energy saves
