@SwiggyCares They didn't give me any other option but to raise this issue on Twitter. Nobody at the customer care is ready to resolve the issue. They simply harassing me by asking me to repeat the ordeal over and over again.

@SwiggyCares I talked to one of your swiggy stores executives and I was told that she will send me an email id through which I can send the screenshots of the bank statement which proves that my money (INR. 1010) was indeed deducted via swiggy.
And I didn't receive any email from her end.

@SwiggyCares On 7th of February 2020 around 8:30 pm I had ordered something from swiggy stores - 24*7 Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. The order wasn't processed yet the amount which was of INR. 505 was deducted from my account. Twice.
And since the order wasn't processed, I never received an order id
