@JamesMontemagno It is impossible to migrate our existing Xamaring.Forms to MAUI. Many issues on MAUI controls, especially on CollectionView where controls disappear when scrolling and other layout issues. MAUI is not stable at the moment and not recommended for serious development.

@FlutterDev Publishing a new app is a difficult and time consuming. Requires many hours of preparation, compliance with App Store guidelines, designing screenshots, app description, icons, certificates, waiting for review and many other things.

@jfversluis It would be great if we could have Linux support on MAUI. Especially for security reasons it is much more difficult for ramsomwares and other malware to harm a Linux system and the user or company that make use of it. Linux and webassembly support and many devs will love MAUI

@davorminchorov Yes, but even if more things have to happen after a category update for example, the update call is still in a central place inside the controller and any additions can be added in this single method. The code is maintained fine that way. I do not see any advantage in repository
