@NoblTravel I just ordered the carry on then immediately got sent a text with a discount code which would have saved me $25. I tried to cancel my order and customer service was super unhelpful and said they couldn’t. Unacceptable
@Budget I’m at phx Arizona airport and the line is 100 ppl long. I’ve been waiting an hour and pre booked my reservation. This is terrible customer service and there should be more than 2 people at the counter!!

@StudentAid@FAFSA I submitted four applications for PS LF back in March and now suddenly my account is blank and everyone is saying that there is no PSLF application. Saying that there’s a glitch and your system made an error and erased it is unacceptable
@Avis our van has a flat in the middle of Oahu and the customer service agent said we’d have to have everyone go back to the airport to pick up a new van. 4 adults and 2 kids and we re over 20 miles away. Worst customer service ever!! Do not rent with them.
@SnapfishUS I just ordered photo tiles from your company. The photos are horrible quality. Grainy. I cannot give these as gifts. I’ve been a photographer for over 10 years and ordered hundreds of photo products and this quality is by far the worst. I
@SeaTacAirport this is the worst. We’ve been standing at arrivals for 45 min in the freezing cold because my husband is stuck in a ridiculous line to pick us up. Meanwhile there are no cars coming through the arrivals. What is going on??!!
