Worked with one of my students & colleague @Nache_45 from Namibia on Circular Economy, the Mining Industry and Institutional Theory. Fantastic stuff.
Key Findings:
— 72.5% of actors believe Namibian mines are at the adoption-decision phase—early in circular economy adoption. — Companies are heavily reliant on government policy and tax incentives for adoption. — The ranked order—coercive, normative, and mimetic pressures—confirms significance of pressures for adoption. Methodology
—employed a qualitative approach, 40 semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders. Managerial implications—informants could consider a mindset shift towards circularity

Wild.
