@SadviQZ Haha no. It’s not even the same for people in the same state. Hell, if you live on the poorer side of town, you can have a radically different experience than a peer on the wealthier side of town
@SadviQZ depends where she's from, if its a poor area they might not have higher level classes available. Or it could be that she wasn't able to test into the higher level class. Also very likely that it is the same material she learnt just presented in an unfamiliar way
I will stop using the internet entirely before I give any of these big brother wannabes my fucking ID. Your service is not that valuable to me. I will use ham radio, I will hand write letters, I will do everything completely offline by myself. Fuck off forever.
@wrappingline same issue with every poll in the last decade really, they keep asking the right wingers what they want while all the lefties have stopped showing up because they keep catering to the right
@wrappingline also cant ignore that most polling is usually happening during elections/in specific election-related areas so they are polling the people who still show up to vote after the party drops support. I imagine abandonment might decrease the amount of that minority that shows up
@herpert @mangobastard97 @sadbokkie I don't necessarily disagree. Having read the other replies I get why some think its supposed to be mimicry of older wc bands but its also just a popular style now. idk if I'd call this 'playing dress up' as wc when its all nice brands that rich kids wear normally
@mangobastard97 @sadbokkie They all seem to be wearing name brand nice clothes, have very nice instruments, decent production value so nothing about this screams working class imo. Maybe just the style of clothes? Don't know anything about the group though so maybe I'm missing something.
@AtlanteaYanying@LupinderSingh@girlflopgojo This. Guys always respond by complaining about not being comfortable crossing their legs but literally no one is asking them to do that. Just have your knees straight out in front of you instead of spread into other people’s space. Its basic common courtesy
@KoochDog@suchnerve a while back I saw someone do this when the original tweet was literally just "look at this thing from [source]." They've got nothing going on upstairs
@SourNarwhal@DomainDead it feels like trying to skip steps and again take primaries away from voters under the guise of harm reduction, and when inevitably the unpopular forced candidate loses, voters get blamed
@SourNarwhal@DomainDead there are about a dozen Dems that could reasonably throw their hats in the ring and most of them would be more popular than Newsom for various reasons. So much of the frustration I'm seeing rn is because of this weird default "Newsom or Vance" argument so far out from primaries
@Billsbyabillpt2@iraobscurus@Daryl_London@4ltedits he's in California, where not doing so would likely lose him his job. Signing off on things the state wants to do anyway doesn't mean that he is pro-anything, just that he knows his audience. The fact is when facing the slightest push back, he immediately agreed w rightwingers
