We call this ciku in Malay (pronounced as chi-koo). My sister loves this fruit! There is also the Manilkara kauki which is native to Southeast Asia. We call it as ciku merah (red ciku) or ciku sawo (tan ciku)

It is like dismantling a wall for others to see the science. The wall can be any form of prejudice/ bias/ stereotype. Unfortunately, instead of presenting the science, we first need to break down the wall (extra work) that wasn’t placed by us so that our work can be seen
