@BVG_LawClub@OJEN_ROEJ @ActonThatSpeak Yes, you are right both sides cause pain mean by the outcome would be positive is that every student have experienced spank from their parents. The children know that I get pain when i do something wrong and my parents spank me the next time kid will learn.
@BVG_LawClub@OJEN_ROEJ @ActonThatSpeak If the parent choose to spank their in a way of safe that would be do not allow them to use any device or do not allow them to go out.
@OJEN_ROEJ @ActonThatSpeak @BVG_LawClub I think the consequences for violation could be in a safer way. Such as hit safely. The outcome would be positive and It would safe for children and for parents.
@ActonThatSpeak @Riyllee@sdcilaw@OJEN_ROEJ I disagree because every problem have a solution. Corporal punishment Is not the last option. I have a point. If you do something wrong and you know it will lead you to punishment the simple thing is that do not do it. Save your self.
@Alexatanas4@OJEN_ROEJ The law clearly explain that the parent only can use force in a reasonable circumstances. Every parent is different but they all want their child to be perfect.
@Alexatanas4@OJEN_ROEJ I agree with you that harm someone cause pain to them. All parents love their children they do not want their child to be hurt. According to s.43 every teacher, parent or person that is acting in the place of parent is justified in using force to correct their mistake.
I would like to chang that the law should be clear to everyone. According to the Court of Appeal accepted that the major areas of the consensus amongst the experts for both sides have positive and negative affects of corporal punishment.
who is in his\ her care as long as the force does not exceed what is reasonable in the circumstances.
The reasonable ground allows parent to correct child's mistake and to discipline the child.

In my perspective/ opinion I believe that spanking should be allowed for parents because according to s.43 of Criminal Code it says school teacher, parent, etc.. is justified in using force to correct a pupil/child
