@RailMinIndia @RailSamachar @IRCTCofficial Same issue happened last time too. When I spoke to the TTE, he said ‘I will order a new wooden seat for you.’ My father is 74 years old — how can he be expected to sit on the upper berth? Kindly allot lower berth for senior citizens.

Booked ticket from SBHR to SBC by train no. 18586, PNR 4861978655. My parents are senior citizens but allotted upper berth despite selecting lower berth. Kindly request allotment of lower berth during final chart preparation.

@RailwaySeva I have clearly mentioned the coach number and the train number has not been displayed in the platform display, like D1 , D2, S1.

@IRCTCofficial Please take necessary action towards yeshwantpur railway station. Senior citizens waiting for display of coach and train number but even after the arrival of the train the coach number has not been displayed. Take necessary action. Train no : 12079.

Train No 16536 Gol gumbaz express is 2hrs 40 min late Today. What a Horrible conditions of time maintenance of @RailwaySeva @SCRailwayIndia @RailMinIndia & checked status of the train for 1 week, but everyday its late.
