No matter how much potential you have, if you don’t fully lock in and take charge of your life, you’ll eventually end up as the guy who had potential but nothing to show for it.
“If you haven't read hundreds of books, you are functionally illiterate, and you will be incompetent, because your personal experiences alone aren't broad enough to sustain you.”
— James N. Mattis
Sinus health is the most underrated part of poor health.
Bacteria and fungus exerting inflammatory effects so close to the brain and trigeminal nerve. Not good.
When I started working on mine consistently, I had seemingly unrelated health issues improve.

I JUST HEARD SOMEONE SAY
"MAYBE YOU DON'T NEED MORE TIME TO HEAL, MAYBE YOU NEED MORE EXPERIENCES THAT SHOW YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM A DIFFERENT REALTY"
AND, YEAH.
My favorite line from Atomic Habits has been living in my head rent-free:
“It doesn’t make sense to continue wanting something if you’re not willing to do what it takes to get it. If you don’t want to live the lifestyle, then release yourself from the desire. To crave the result but not the process is to guarantee disappointment.”
Nah. 27-33 aren't your humbling years. They're your awakening years.
So many people misunderstand this phase of life.
That's when you start seeing things clearly. Everything suddenly dawns on you. You realize what you want, what doesn't matter, and how much time you've wasted.
Some people mistake that clarity for failure because they wish they had figured it out earlier.
But if you're determined, you can build more in those few years than you did in your entire early twenties.
