@marclou Instead of api keys you can use oauth for this. Personally I wouldn't trust anyone with my api keys, you cannot trust users as well to provide a readonly key. If they provide an api key with write access and your db got hacked. You have a problem too

Using morgage is a huge leverage if you use it right (imo, 10 years later I can tell that I was right or not). You can pay out the morgage by renting out the house
