@virginmedia A week without service. A spade went through your cable in my garden—your engineer later confirmed it was laid just under topsoil. I called twice, clearly reported it as external, yet you sent an internal engineer. Still not fixed.

@virginmedia terrible terrible service from you again. No Internet, called to be told there is an outage of BT in my area. No one, who uses BT has an outage near me. I cant work as I have no Internet or even TV to watch.
@virginmedia Internet has been down since 11, called call centre twice. No joy, app just keeps taking me on a loop saying that I need to call you. This is terrible service. Trying to wfh and having no joy with 'friendly team'.
