I ordered a @Amul_Coop Amul cheese packet from @ZeptoNow @zeptocares I received a packet that doesn't has a proper manufacturing or expiry date, not sure whose quality controls failed to catch this. These big tech companies are building their IPOs on peoples health and lives.

The Commissioner of Food Safety Hyderabad raided the well known outlets, The Rameshwaram Cafe, Baskin Robbins, Karachi Bakery, Taco Bell, KFC, Hard Rock Cafe, and Starbucks Coffee. Here’s what they found:
The Rameshwaram Cafe:
- 100 kg of Urad Dal, worth Rs. 16,000, expired in March 2024.
- Expired Nandini Curd (10 kg) and Milk (8 L), worth Rs. 700.
- Improperly labelled raw rice (450 kg) , white lobia (20 kg),Unlabelled jaggery (300 kg), with no medical fitness certificates.
- Dustbins were not properly covered.

Interestingly, all these outlets have 4+ ratings on Swiggy and Zomato with fancy, clean pictures. During the inspection, a few outlets were found storing vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods together in the refrigerator.

Some outlets, like Bahubali Kitchen, had cockroach infestations, unhygienic conditions, and water stagnation in the cleaning area. Additionally, yeast-infected carrots were found at Clove Vegetarian Fine Dine.

The food got cold as the delivery got delayed. There is no mistake of the delivery person. You assigned the person multiple orders as the other order got delayed my delivery got delayed by 30 minutes.

Here is the proof, I paced the order at 11:57AM,Time show for delivery is 31 mins,my order got picked up at 12:16.Order got delivered at 12:52. This is almost 2X of the promised time @harshamjty Why do have a feature that give worse customer experience? to save operational costs?
