2. Sometimes you need to search for answers within yourself, not outside
3. If you fulfilled all your goals this year, you didn’t set the bar too high!

@zibijamal There is an old interview of Ray where he talks about this. Hollywood in those days was an even smaller network of rich white men who could easily steal a script from an outsider n never face any consequences...sounds completely plausible.

Made me sad to think about all those people who actually come to the city for work and lost it all to Covid. If any #restaurant owner in #Bangalore reads this tweet, do let me know if you need more cooks. Happy to report his food was excellent and you’ll be lucky to have him.

Yesterday I met a security guard at my Mum’s building who was helping her cook food for a puja she was having at her place. I asked him how come he is cooking n he said he used to be a cook at a restaurant. He lost his job during the first lockdown.

Cooking is his passion and the only reason he took up the the security gig is to have a place to stay till Covid gets over. He talked about his love for cooking at length and he offered to come n cook at my place for any party I have at my house.

@banglani @rchowdhri I say mine as 5-5 but my number just rolls off the tongue. The worst is when someone repeats back the number in another combination n then I don’t know if it’s correct. Does that happen a lot?
