In our complex we almost have 22 stray dogs.. unfortunately attacking and running behind .. but no action is being taken by tmc. As per rule they treat and send them back in complex. We don’t know how to handle this @TMCaTweetAway @mieknathshinde @CMOMaharashtra @ThaneCityPolice

This dog who had bitten 4 to 5 people, chased kid and adult and created fear, was taken by tmc 10 days back then release in same residential complex. What we should call it ? Today again he chased to bite school kid within complex, what to say now?
