A bowl of iceburg drowned in sugar dressing isn't as healthy as you'd think - the burger will be more filling for longer, which is helpful when you don't know when you can eat again

@TraumaSoapBoxes Can i add that "salad" is different for SO MANY like "kIdS gEt SaLaD iN ScHoOl" okay, but a handful of iceburg with 3 shreds of carrot, and some ranch isnt as nutritious as you'd think? Also not filling. ACTUAL salad IS expensive and a luxury.

@blueocean455 @hankgreen The list idea also works for depression. I make a list of my depression safe meals so i dont order out as much and don't have to make decisions. can also help partners and roommates. 100% on the disposable for anyone who struggles with dishes

@TishaRajendra @PresidentPat This is more often the case ime. They don't even know what they're doing is wrong. I will add that even sometimes the "i want to be different and engaging" are resistant to true change unless it's "sparkly" and award winning

@athenas_truth @PresidentPat Could you honestly point me to that literature somehow? Give me an idea what to search on my college's library? If this is a mindset that is studied I'd like to learn more. I work with faculty resistant to change for engagement and I'm trying to figure out why
