During the #PACEsummer2025, I held the committee hearings on youth issues and for the first time brought together youth rapporteurs from the Assembly's committees at one event.

📌 Will use the insights for my resolution “Young people for democracy: youth perspectives in action”, which we will vote on at the @PACE_News fall session.

Received a call this morning from the SG of the @CoE Alain Berset who provided me with an update on his recent visit to Georgia last week, where he underlined the importance of dialogue as the cornerstone of any functioning democracy.

Malta, throughout its history and as OSCE CIO, recognizes and understands the importance of engaging in dialogue with all relevant parties in order to seek solutions, and ensure the protection of the values of human rights, democracy and the rule of law.

Today in Parliament, @MaltaGov passed a new Health & Safety law to enhance workplace protections. Stronger enforcement and harsher penalties are key to this reform. We believe every worker deserves equal protection and dignity. - RA
