@AmazonHelp Well Jack, you didn’t help at all to be honest, just made me repeat myself and then told me to sign into my partners account? He’s in ITALY!!! Continued poor service!
@AmazonUK #1 we were expecting our new bed today from 7am, awake at 6am, get a call at 7.58am telling me delivery driver had been to drop the bed.. lie, I was told he would be sent back. I’ve been in all morning.
#3 Didn’t even knock, I am in immense pain as I have a bad back and had to carry it into my home! Furious! It better not be damaged, as soon as I can move I’ll check!
#2 My partner calls me and says to look outside for it because apparently it’s been delivered and he signed for it. It was there, but the driver is a liar, my partner is in Italy so definitely didn’t sign for it. Bed is wooden and now soaking wet! Absolutely disgusting service!
@bookingcom, or should I say booking.con? We paid for a checked bag on our whizz air flight through you, were grossly overcharged and had to pay again because you never booked it with the airline!
@MagicMikeLDN my cousin has Down’s syndrome and we bought her and her carer tickets for 1 Jan 25, she has been called into hospital for an emergency operation on that day now, we wanted to reschedule but the show is sold out.. can we please get her a refund?
Lord Leveson, calmly dissecting the issue of unauthorised voicemail access, presses Piers Morgan on the legality of listening to private messages. The Leveson Inquiry, launched to uncover the truth behind the phone-hacking scandal that implicated British tabloids, saw Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) defending his time as an editor.
Leveson suggests calling Lady McCartney to settle it: "Did you authorise Mr. Morgan to listen to your voicemail?"
Lady McCartney is called: "Never, ever."
"Have you ever played or authorised him to hear any recording of your voicemails?"
"Never."
In that moment, the defence crumbles, exposing the unethical practices at the heart of tabloid journalism.

@Uber you welcomed me to a membership for Uber One in May 2024, I never signed up to this, and cancelled telling you the same. You have just taken £5.99 out of my account without consent for a membership I never signed up to! I want a full refund please!
@MetroBank_Help hi I’m in Houston Texas and have just used my card, you sent me this but I can’t reply as my phone doesn’t work over here:
Metro Bank Fraud: Hi KELLY-MARIE NAPIER £4.59 IAH PARKING AREA C from your card ending 8574 has just been debited. Do you recognise this?
#3 we even had our lounge booking reinstated, we’ve eaten and I have now managed to find my eyelashes, through the puffiness of crying, to apply mascara and look somewhat normal again. Thank you thank you thank you 🙏
@British_Airways you are by far the best airline ever! I have been arranging a surprise birthday (54th) holiday for my cousin with Downs Syndrome all year. Got to Heathrow and I’d mistaken our arrival time for our departure time. #1
#2 Literally had a huge panic attack and an emotional breakdown at the check in desk, and your wonderful staff managed to book us on the next flight!! I will be forever grateful, I don’t know whether my cousin would make another trip to Houston from the UK to see her family.
