@EnglishHeritage how can I make a complaint about my visit to Osborne House today? Cafe was AWFULLY understaffed with 0 food left at 1.30pm. Surely we pay enough in membership & one-off visits for some extra staff to be put on the weekend before Christmas? Many unhappy customers.

@wightlinkferry with the new gates for the Fastcat how you are going to accommodate giving access to the public bathrooms before / after ferry trips? I.e. at Portsmouth when alighting it appears you will need to re-enter back through the gates on the Portsmouth side.
