@MartinSLewis 100% agree! moved in to New Build in June 21, moved straight over to @OctopusEnergy.Turns out the Gas didn't move, straight through to Octopus who helped and agreed to put us on fixed rate as per June rates conf by email. Bgas, almost 6hrs and 3 calls just to speak to someone 🤦‍♀️

@FedExEurope @TNTUKCare after being worried I wouldn't get my passport in time for my flight Sunday, Claire on your customer service line was amazing this morning and the delivery driver even called ahead to say he was stuck in traffic. Amazing service 🙌
