@SportsDirectUK really didn’t appreciate the rudeness & insinuation that I was swapping trainers/boxes today at one of your stores by both an employee & the manager. Especially when boxes are labeled in US sizes! I had the correct trainers in the correct box! Totally unacceptable
Guess as @easyJet have failed to refund expenses made during 2 of their cancelled flights for my family it looks like I’ll be taking this further! 1st stop @UK_CAA
@easyjet your company really are something else! How can I submit a claim for my 1st cancelled flight then you tell me I need to claim certain expenses for my second cancelled flight then deny expenses due to them being from my first flight! Make up your mind!

@easyJet Not the one where our flight was cancelled at the gate! No one to talk to. My duty free taken. Left stranded with a baby at 3:30am in the middle of nowhere! Taken at 5:30am to a dirty blood stained hotel! Second cancel flight with no support! 10extra days stranded at my cost!
@easyJet Does that mean less cancellations and maybe some form of compensation instead of blaming everything else but easyJet as extreme circumstances ??!!??
