@BritishGasHelp I have sent a message with relevant details. They were promised a visit again by 10pm but still nobody and still no contact at all. British Gas now unreachable on the phone. Vulnerable parents now over 12 hours with no heat and unable to sleep!

@BritishGasHelp my vulnerable parents have been left without heating all day. Repeatedly told an engineer was coming to check their new boiler and nobody has shown up!! Unacceptable given they have heart/lung problems and both over 65! Advise please...
