@aussiekaiju @TheConnorDawn Yes not quite the same but personally it adds more flavour. Just like how while the original Eric Nylund Battle of Reach was good the Battle of Reach from Halo Reach adds more flavour.
Yes 343 did a lot of bad but they also did a lot of good and wiping out all of it is not good.

It is highly Master Chiefs ancestor is the Iso Didact, the Forerunner who fired the Halo rings, 343 picked up on that hence why he said that line in CE.

@Versowasright @nikos_on_yt No it isn’t for 1, it is easily the worst RTS I’ve ever played, it barely functions as one. 2. CA is an atrocious studio and they made this garbage instead of focusing on doing what THEIR players wanted by making a new historical Total War.
The only thing HW2 has is its story.
