3:28 in 19’, 3:13 in 21’, and really wanted a <3:00 effort this year.

Was on track, but hit a wall on the QBro bridge mile 16. Happy to clock a 3:04 on a course with almost 1k’ of elevation gain.

The pursuit of 2:59 goes on!
