@Jamie_Hodder21 If Dai had sold to Rob Couhig last summer, the first teams new contracts would have been negotiated while still under their old contract. We'd now be in line for any sell on fees and would probably already have our key players under contract.

@RFCLatest @FootballLeagueW I thought he was in contract with Wolves until 2026? I doubt it will be a free transfer unless both parties agree to terminate the contract. Also, if Reading are chasing him, why would Wolves release him rather than hold on to him and try and sell?

#readingfc Everyone needs to remember that Couhig is not the bad guy in all of this. He was screwed over by Dai at the 11th hour and had the business sense to secure his early investment - his loans kept us going! If he takes over and makes us financially secure, I say welcome.

@StuartR5830 @andypovey Agree with Stuart. It's been posted elsewhere that Dai was disqualified in Feb before the Feb club statement was released. I suspect that's why the statement appeared positive regarding a quicker, easier sale?

@HuangKad If you know something, you need to post it. Far too many rumours are stirring up calls for direct action at our home games. We can't risk unnecessary points deductions if you have info that could prevent it.

@BertieBlue1871 They must have known about the disqualification when the February club statement was released. This statement was quite positive with regards to their expectation of a quick sale timeframe. Hopefully, the judges' directions regarding permission to sell will push the deal forward.
