HELP @AmericanAir won't give my friend a refund or flight credit on her ticket despite a family medical emergency. She's contacted both American and her credit card company, and they both gave her the run around. Trying to get @AmericanAir to see this.

@AmericanAir She did reach out. Because it’s a non refundable ticket, they said nothing could be done - despite this being an extremely unforeseen circumstance.

@AmericanAir She spoke to them. Despite the medical emergency the representative still refused to grant or even consider flight credit as option.
