People, please stop this with promoting Tim Ballard as an advisor to Trump. He is not who you think he is... AT ALL. The cases against him aren't lawfare or political. If anything, we are trying to clean the dog shit out of our own backyard. I am a conservative woman, a veteran, and a former law enforcement officer. I witnessed what Ballard is with my own eyes and I will not stop fighting to ensure he doesn't continue to poison the anti-trafficking community. @elonmusk@joerogan@TheoVon@realDonaldTrump
This is going to be a fantastic, yet troubling 8 part series.
Beginning October 21, "The Opportunist: Tim Ballard," PodcastOne will explore the rise and fall of Tim Ballard, the celebrated founder of Operation Underground Railroad.

Sarah was the most meticulous and dedicated editor I worked with. She was as interested in creating great stories as she was in being rigorous about research, and I really appreciated that as a fact-checker. Hire her!
Fact-checking is already rigorous work, but Claire was more than a fact-checker. She knows how to help a story shine even when managing limited, verifiable fact. She parsed through EVERY word to make sure our stories were as accurate as they were interesting. Hire her!
Hire me to research and fact-check your project! My resume (alongside so many talented writers, editors, fact-checkers, researchers) is here. We're the former staff of @ParcastNetwork: https://t.co/8qcnfz55Gs
If you’re in need of a writer who learns her research like the back of her hand & weaves compelling throughlines, Kylie is your girl. If you’re in need of a coworker whose dry wit will make you spit out your coffee, Kylie is also your girl.
Rough day. I've been working with Spotify for the last 3 years, the last 2 as a full-time writer, but we've reached the end of the road. Will miss my brilliant colleagues @ParcastUnion, and am very open to writing, editing and podcasting opportunities! https://t.co/6tsYZhxFV8
Sarah is such a perceptive editor that it makes my brain hurt a little bit. I was always blown away by the ways she could level up both a script AND the writer working on it with detailed notes and sharp questions -- any team would be lucky to have her!
@askhalid Thanks for covering this, but the Parcast show was called Crimes of Passion (not Criminal Passion) and Criminal Couples wasn't a show, it was a catalog collection, drawing episodes from various Parcast series
(1) Lest we forget, Spotify ACQUIRED Parcast. (2) There are many ways for a show to become profitable; lack of profitability ≠ lack of quality. (3) We had MANY, LOYAL listeners, yet very little insight on them. Maybe water your garden instead of just burning it.
Mallory taught me so much about this industry. Whether it’s explaining complex mysteries or fighting for DEIA funding, she pours her heart into everything she does, and I strove to match that energy.
lost my great job, looking for something even better. if you need a trilingual writer with an MFA from USC and a background in film/TV, copy-editing/noting, music composing/sound design who’s also a hoot at happy hour… I’m your man!

@MalloryCarra Thank you Mal 🤍 Working with you as an editor and a member of the DEIA committee, I always knew the risks were worth it! Your mentorship and friendship mean the world to me.
