@bt_uk I could not be more disappointed! No broadband since Sunday, reported to BT and told will not be fixed till Thursday. Just logged on to BT tracker and it says my problem is fixed. BUT IT’S NOT!!!😡😡😡

@bt_uk broadband troubleshooter. So not only is my Wi-fi down - AGAIN, but the troubleshooter isn’t functional either! Why am I paying all this money for a service which never seems to work. How hard can it be!

@BTGroup My world is certainly not better as my news is I have no broadband and no call out engineer until Thursday. I wonder if @bt_uk will reimburse me for my loss of earnings/TV licence not able to be used and lack of homework done by my 3 children?

@bt_uk That’s right. No hotspot here so no tv, no homework done and no work for me. We have our family sim only BT mobiles but that data will run out for the month in 1 day!
