1/People and teams always come first. People are overarching three main ingredients product owner should balance:
2/Business goals (CEO vision, strategy)
3/Customer (jobs to be done, experience, UX, quality, price)
and
4/Technology (can we build it?)
I'm starting some product owner training and this caught my attention.
When thinking about building a product, we should ask:'What do we want the future to be and let's shape it.'
