आज ऊपरी अदालत से लेकर सरकार तक मान रही है कि 498A बेबुनियाद होता है मगर फिर भी बूढ़े बुजुर्ग 80 से ज़्यादा उम्र होने के बावजूद सैकड़ों किलोमीटर कैसे आते है क्या परेशानी होती है और कोर्ट में कभी नहीं होते है या कभी वकील साहेब के कारण कोर्ट कम नहीं होता है इस पर विचार करना चाहिए

और 70 साल से ऊपर के बड़े बुजुर्ग का नाम तुरंत हटा देना चाहिए और बाकी को VC के ज़रिए अपियर होने का परमिशन देना चाहिये जिससे कि आदमी अपने क़ीमती समय को बर्बाद होने से बचा सके मेरा सुप्रीम कोर्ट से यही दरखास्त है कि इस मुद्दे पर सहानुभूति पूर्वक विचार करे और नागरिको को राहत दे
