President Lewis issued a statement today in defense of women’s collegiate athletics. Read the statement and listen to his interview on the issue with @BobLonsberry on WHAM 1180: https://t.co/LsgDSkaHBS
Hey, @elonmusk , is there any chance my little Tesla toy collection qualifies me for any Tesla perks/discounts? I'm a wannabe fanboy, and this is the closest to a Tesla I can have at this point!
@PrestonSprinkle I listened to your episode with JM with my 17-yr-old daughter as we road tripped to the college she is heading to next Fall. These types of awkward, unresolved, and tense conversations are powerful and needed. Thank you for investing the time.
If you want to become a Christian, all you need is nothing—but most people don't have that. Most of us come with our recommendation letters, our resume, our morality, our money.
I heard Walker Hayes sing "Craig" for the first time on Wednesday of this week. I immediately watched several interviews. I ordered the book. It arrived yesterday. I read it today. Incredible. Absolutely incredible. I love how Jesus does what Jesus does!
Dear @elonmusk ,
Thanks for the incredible beach entertainment this evening as our family witnessed something we couldn't have fully prepared ourselves for! @SpaceX
@PAGameComm should we be reporting these kinds of neighborhood sightings to you somehow? (the neighborhood has nicknamed him, "Sumo". I've now seen him two nights in a row. Lawrence Township, Clearfield)
During this corporate worship time, I was personally overwhelmed at what we were experiencing. The passion. The harmonies. The singular focus of the crowd to declare sing of the hope we have in Jesus, alone!
It was humbling, too, to hear my teenage son worship passionately.
After preaching in both of our morning services on Sunday, my son and I jumped in our vehicle and started the 8+ hour drive to Wilmore, KY to experience the happenings at @AsburyUniv
I am so glad we did.
A worship team, presumably made up of college students, came back up on stage and began to lead in familiar songs. Notably, there were no projected lyrics, no changes in lighting, etc. Just songs of our faith sung from a place of authenticity and humility.
