My family owes our lives to Lt. Triveni Singh and other Army personnel who risked their lives and rescued and protected all of us civilians on that unfortunate night of Jan 2004🙏
I was a 5 year old when it happened, but even today I remember each moment from that day vividly🧵
Bravest of Brave Lt Triveni Singh AC chased & killed terrorists saving dozens of travellers in terror attack on Jammu railway station🙏 🇮🇳
19 years since, efforts to name the Railway Station in his honour haven't fructified
Sadly, Soldiers arent given due respect

There's only one correct take for this.
Keep reservations in neet ug.
Remove all caste based reservations in neet pg just like there is none in NEET PG/INISS.
Sit back tight and look how the healthcare improves in india
June 6 script:
• Protest at Jantar Mantar.
• Police stop it due to lack of permission.
• Scuffle over "constitutional rights."
• Social media: "We can't even protest anymore!"
• A few detentions. Wangchuk becomes the face of the story.
• Selective clips of alleged mistreatment go viral.
• International media: "Modi government jails youth activists."
• Twitter screams dictatorship.
•German Shepherd uploads a video,India under dictator.
By the end of the day, a permissions dispute will be sold as proof that democracy in India is dead.

Mamata Bano couldn't build a single hospital in 15 yrs capable of treating an injury caused by an egg!? 😂
A bull cried so much before being slaughtered that the earth beneath him became wet with his tears. 💔💔
He struggled, he trembled, he looked around with fear in his eyes as if begging for mercy, as if asking one silent question
What wrong have I done to deserve this?
His tears were real,His fear was real,His pain was real.
When a helpless living being stands before us shaking with fear, crying for life, trusting us to spare him… can ending that life truly be called an act of faith?
Can any religion ask for compassion on one side and ignore tears on the other?
Before the knife falls, before blood touches the ground listen to the cry of that bull.
If his tears can wet the earth, shouldn’t they also touch our hearts?
Will such slaughter in the name of religion ever be justified?
Pressure doesn’t build diamonds in medicine - it builds burnout.
What shapes a doctor is not sleepless nights, but systems that respect limits.
Stop glorifying suffering. Start designing sustainability.
Many Indian doctors doesn't practice textbook and international guidelines prescribed mode of evaluating a patient, coz we have the below type of Indians who think doctors write tests because they get comission not because to identify problems in early stages

Dhurandhar is World Class. Make no mistake about it.
Martin Scorcese would have been proud of this movie.
If a gora had made this movie, all the movie critics would have been going gaga over it.
It's world class. Scorcese level of Cinema.
Aditya Dhar should be proud.
Just watched #Dhurandhar. I don’t know what critics are smoking but everything they flagged is actually what makes this breathtaking cinema.
1) Length- Not for a second does the movie drag. The film is edited tightly. You don’t even have a second to glance even at your phone lest you miss something on the screen.
2) Too much violence - Yes but the film is about gangsters and undercover spies who live and die by gun. The world depicted is the dangerous underbelly of Lyari streets. The film sets you up to expect violence. And then all action scenes are choreographed so well that they feel they belong to the scene and are not put there for cheap thrills.
3) Love story drags - Not for a minute. Love story is essential part of protagonist’s journey and the girl plays a pivotal role in shaping the climax. The age difference is well understood and justified.
4) Propaganda: Those who think Homebound is some great work of cinema and Dhurandhar is propaganda should shut their shop and live off their past glory. Or better still spend time reading about India’s covert operations.
5) Islamophobia: Absolute rubbish. There is nothing divisive or communal about the film. It is an espionage thriller meets gangster drama done so well that you will be mesmerised.
Why Dhurandhar will script history:
1) All fake spy sagas from YRF universe and adjacent universes will be shut down. No one will accept Indian agents singing and dancing with ISI agents after this.
2) Set Design : I cannot remember last Hindi film I saw with such elaborate set design that replicates the town of Lyari thousands of miles away. The attention to detail is stunning. This is a set that does not scream ‘I am a set’ . It makes you forget the film is shot on a set.
3) Sound : The attention paid to sound design particularly stood out for me. It made every scene come alive and in a thriller, sound is everything .
4) Casting : I cannot remember a more perfectly cast film. From main characters to bystanders, you forget these are characters performing a role. They look and breathe the part including those who are just standing on the streets as extras.
5) Performances : So much has already been said. Akshaye Khanna delivers a performance of a life time. Well after Gandhi my father. Or as good. Dear Gen Z look that film up too :)
@RanveerOfficial - you beauty. Director @AdityaDharFilms gives him no crutches that stars are used to . No entry, no personal BGM, no action sequences that glorify him, no dialogues that are paisa vasool yet @RanveerOfficial shines as an actor. He has to be a shadow and yet deliver. This is not an easy task by any means. Very well done .
My favorite performance was Rakesh Bedi. What a stirring performance. Very difficult role to make sure audience hates you through the film and is not amused. He delivers and how.
@ActorMadhavan gets the most paisa vasool lines of the film. And Maddy becomes Ajay Sanyal. You would have to pinch me to believe he is not Ajay Sanyal.
Sanjay Dutt delivers with just his screen presence. I am shocked no critic saw the ‘poetry’ of cinema in his face off with Akshaye Khanna. Those were my favorite scenes. Arjun Rampal too delivers and the disgust he evokes is his success as an actor.
Music is just perfect and appropriately placed. Really lifts the film.
Dhurandhar is cinema equivalent of ‘ghar main ghus ke maarna’. We needed a film that showed us the universe from where terror is exported to us. Who are they? What motivates them? What are their faultlines like?
Watch Dhurandhar in theaters. Least you can do for the ‘unknown gunman’ who keeps you safe by going in the hell hole himself. Well done @AdityaDharFilms and Dhurandhar team.
@DrDhruvchauhan Someone please explain this lady that broken ribs can heal but stopped circulation will never start if intervention is not done IMMMEDIATLY.
Guidelines actually recommends continuation of CPR with broken ribs.
Misguiding journalism !
CPR is done only when a person is already clinically dead. The heart has stopped, oxygen has ceased, and every passing minute cuts survival by 10%.
To revive circulation, chest compressions must be forceful 5 to 6 cm deep which commonly causes rib fractures.
That’s not malpractice that’s procedure.
A broken rib is proof someone tried to bring life back, not the cause of death
Blaming CPR for death is like blaming a fire extinguisher for the fire. Misinformation like this doesn’t just distort facts it discourages lifesaving action and endangers society
Many patients and even relatives often say that doctors from earlier generations were better, that they did not need so many tests and could just look at the patient and write medicines.
I always smile when I hear this because medicine has never been about guessing, it has always been about precision.
If you were a shooter and your relative stood in front of you with an apple on their head, would you shoot blindfolded or use a laser guided system?
Of course, you would choose the laser, not because you doubt your skill but because accuracy matters when a life is at stake.
That is exactly what modern doctors do. Tests are our laser guidance system. They help us confirm what we suspect, rule out what we must not miss and plan the right treatment for the person sitting in front of us.
Medicine has evolved. We now understand that two diseases can look identical but need completely different treatments. We know that one abnormal test can change the entire course of management. We know that guessing, no matter how experienced the doctor, can cost a life.
Older doctors practiced in a very different era. There were fewer known diseases, fewer available drugs and patients often came at later stages when diagnoses were obvious. Today, illnesses appear earlier, there are many lookalikes and treatments are far more specific. That is why evidence matters.
So when we order tests, it is not about chasing reports, it is about chasing the truth.
We do not test to make money, we test to make sure your treatment is right, safe and complete.
Medicine is not about being old school or new school.
It is about being right. 🎯
#Black day for doctors
Welcome to the New India where a doctor is arrested today not for crime, but for prescribing a cough syrup to heal sick children . His only fault was being unaware that he was supposed to check the quality and approval of syrup which is the work of govt and drug authorities who mint money from cheap drug suppliers The syrup turned out to be poisonous a tragedy born from the company’s negligence not the doctor’s intent yet he is behind bars The government has made him the scapegoat while the real culprits still walk free. When the hands that heal are handcuffed and the ones that profit from death are protected justice itself is on life support.
