Cash vans reportedly belonging to S&IB are being parked in a line at Bandra Reclamation, directly opposite the Bandra Traffic Police towing yard/gate.

Despite repeated complaints for the last 3 days, no visible enforcement action appears to have been taken.

At this point, the public is left wondering: Who has authorised this parking, and why is action not being taken?

Is it possible that these cash vans have been “gifted” to the Bandra Traffic Police Station by Hon. Maharashtra CM @CMOMaharashtra @Dev_Fadnavis , which is why the vehicles appear to be receiving special treatment?

If this is unauthorised parking, please clarify why the rules are seemingly not being enforced.

🚨 URGENT CIVIC & PUBLIC SAFETY ISSUE — BANDRA WEST 🚨

📍 Bazar Road, from Takwa Jewellers S.V.Road/ towards Jain Mandir

Residents have repeatedly complained about alleged illegal commercial extensions, encroachments and unauthorised hawking spaces occupying the public road and pedestrian area. The attached photos/videos clearly show the obstruction.

🚑 Ambulances, 🚒 fire brigades and 🚔 police vehicles may face serious difficulty accessing the area during an emergency.

There are also allegations of political support/protection. These claims should be independently investigated and verified, rather than ignored.

Requesting @mybmc @MumbaiPolice @BandraPS @mybmcWardHW and concerned officers to conduct an immediate site inspection and take strict, permanent action against all established violations.

CLEAR THE ROAD. REMOVE ILLEGAL ENCROACHMENTS. RESTORE PUBLIC & EMERGENCY ACCESS.

It is also alleged that the establishment continues to operate late into the night 🌙🔊 with loud music, raising serious concerns about compliance with the law.

If these allegations are found to be true, they would constitute serious violations affecting 🚑 public health, 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 youth safety, and 🕊️ public peace.

Despite repeated complaints, serious allegations continue regarding tobacco hookah on the 1st floor, loud music and alleged underage alcohol consumption under @Juhu_PS jurisdiction.

If inspections happen, why does the alleged hookah material reportedly disappear beforehand? Who is informing the establishment ?

@drmohitkgarg — please order an independent surprise inspection and verify CCTV/DVR, licences, operating hours, age/ID compliance and hookah allegations.

⚖️ No selective enforcement. No protection. Law must apply equally.
