@vfsglobalcare I hope you understand the urgency of the situation, I’m travelling tomorrow and I still don’t have my passport. If I need to go pick it up from somewhere, I can do so. But at this point, I’m not even sure where my passport is.
@vfsglobalcare I applied for a UK standard visit visa on Priority and I got a message saying my passport has been dispatched with the courier - I still haven’t gotten it and I need to travel tomorrow. Pls help urgently
There’s no way to contact VFS Global. I am even happy to go pick up the passport myself even though I paid for the courier service. What’s the point of paying for premier services if you’re unable yo get things done on time.
@CScottFCDO I uploaded my documents and gave my biometrics on 26th May for my UK Visa with priority service. I was told I would get a decision within 5 days. I haven’t heard back yet. I’m travelling for @esconfs. Starting to panic a little (a lot)as I’ve my flights & hotelsbooked

@YatraOfficial It’s been more than a month since we cancelled a booking. We still haven’t received the refund. I’ve contacted @YatraOfficial and they said the refund was pending at Indigo. I contacted Indigo and they let me know they’ve already made the refund to Yatra.
I’ve gotten on a conference call with Indigo & Yatra to understand the status and the Yatra exec confirmed on the call that that you’ve received the refund from Indigo & it will get reflected in my account within 48 hrs. Would you like me to file a complaint at the NCDRC?
@InterConHotels just checked out of your hotel in Mumbai. My brother left his wallet there. We reached the airport and will miss the flight if we go back.
