Our final NCA Falls awareness day spent @OldhamCO_NHS delivering bespoke training to lead nurses and ward managers complete with VR training and a focus on positive behaviour and applying a trauma informed approach with key focus on EPO management and falls risks. #ThinkFalls

On Sunday Jen, Zoe, Sam and Lauren from the Bury Safeguarding Children & LAC team completed the Rossendale Round the Hills walk.
This was done in memory of their colleague Sharon, who passed away at the end of 2023 and to fundraise for @NCareCharity
