@Emmaloid @19tamski77 Sorry, I completely missed this. I sometimes iron, with a wet tea-towel over it, but mostly I:
1: Soak in warm water (with a wee drop of wool wash) for half an hour
2: Gently squeeze excess water out
3: Roll in a towel, then stomp on rolled towel
4: Pin to shape and dry flat
