@bbc why is your digital experience SO bad. IPlayer doesn’t stream today (others do), why is your whole back catalogue not available on Sounds or iPlayer ? Why can’t you view News clips outside the UK. Utterly out of date and I love the BBC

Time). It’s a shit show. Expensive and drives customers to driving. Disgrace.

@etihad I don’t care if it’s your policy, but it’s a simple disgrace to charge £780 for one bag. It’s more expensive that another passenger ticket tomorrow. How can you justify that ?!! We are going to start a campaign against Etihad, an absolute disgrace. I will never fly etihad again

@etihad what a disgrace you are. My son checked in for his flight tomorrow and added an extra bag. The price is £780 !!!! One bag !!! More than the flight. He can’t even change his mind as it’s not refundable. Absolute disgrace. Your airline should be avoided at ALL costs.

@dpd utter incompetence yet again. Driver couldn’t find my address so I’ve been upgraded for a delivery a day late. I would implore all retail to STOP using @dpd as they are fools and cost customers money
