It was a revelation to learn that the rent of 10 Janpath is less than 5,000 Rs. Why even charge that much? Either it's an authorised perk of a job in which case rent should not be charged, or else a reasonable rent as per the location and size must be charged.

Oh no! This was one my fav places in Secunderabad. Remember munching away absolutely delicious chicken sandwiches after a good swim in the pool. Hope its rebuilt and repaired soon and the old world charm is not lost in the process.
