...and surely it is time to end the shocking injustice of PPM customers racking up more debt due to daily standing charges (which are higher for PPM households) still being applied even after they have 'self-disconnected'.

...There is mounting evidence of appalling treatment of PPM customers and those forced onto PPM by warrants or switched from credit to PPM mode remotely and without notice. Meanwhile @ofgem who state they "work to protect energy consumers, especially vulnerable people"...
