They should pay if they really want an attacking force on the left wing similar to that of PSG & be UCL title contenders.
Arsenal will develope it's academy projects which will be sold at good prices when they grow to recover that money spent on Vini

He dribbles well and can take-off defenders as well. He can make those assists and shots.
