@currys it’s now the 1st June. Still no call back! Every time I’ve called I’m ‘promised’ someone will call me back! Nothing! I originally made the complaint back in January! Absolutely disgraceful service!

@virginmedia customer service is despicable! Called 3 times & theykeep disconnecting the call when they put me back on hold.. Told them there is a cancer patient that can’t leave the house and in desperate need of internet but they don’t care. No callbackno nothing. @virginmedia
