@Karoly_Spy depends on length of run, the guy who’s lt1 is at 3.20 per km would be training way at the bottom range as the mechanical strain and energy cost at the high end would be to costly👍

He is either recovering or preparing for a session. Running 30 miles a week requires no recovery
