@TaylorHoliday@FinaloopTeam Here's a suggestion - Switch to a 3PL in China
Instead of paying 105% tariff upfront on a big shipment, you can ship DTC and just pay duties per order. Way better for cash flow, and with the right 3PL/agent, you can get 5-day delivery to the USA.
@max_rosewater@TylerPk Thank you for your detailed response—I really appreciate it! I completely agree with you, and with the new update, I think we can now just have one ASC and whenever a new, big & diversified batch of creatives is ready, we can simply launch it as a new ad set within the same ASC.
@max_rosewater@TylerPk If an ASC with 150 creatives is performing well but spend is concentrated on 15-20, would you launch a new ASC with fresh 150 creatives or just refresh the non-spenders in the same ASC? Also, with the new update, will the 150 creative limit per campaign remain or be unlimited?
@brad_ploch@Adda35820790 I was able to publish changes but the tROAS was not updating it was defaulting to zero - So I was just forced to turn off the campaigns for now, otherwise, it would have burned the entire budget in a few hours.
@danavirsarria Try it out! I don't see any downside; you can leverage it to test multiple variations of a single ad, I usually use it to test different text overlays on the hook or just add the whole concept into one flexible ad. One thing you can't do is select thumbnails
@danavirsarria Yeah that make sense, i am also testing running a tROAS ASC next to the CC one and see if we can drive more incremental spend.
What’s your thoughts on flexible ads? I don’t see any downside and it takes a second to launch them.
@danavirsarria Got it, thanks! Just thinking of any variables that may impact this volatility.
Do you launch a new ASC once you max it out or just replace non-spenders?
@danavirsarria Seeing the same, volume is super volatile and hard to manage. We do launch new ads as we get them and just throw them in the ASC. Could that reset any learnings and do you think is better to launch them in batches once or twice a week?
@TaylorLagace For a brand spending $50K/month and producing 100 ads weekly, is it better to launch concepts as they're ready or monitor results first for 10-20 concepts? Wondering if launching too many at once limits Facebook's ability to optimize effectively at our spend levels
@TaylorLagace Any real difference between launching every new concept (3-6 ads) as a new ad set within 1 CBO campaign compared to launching all ads from the concept in 1 ASC?
@Cody_Wittick When launching 100+ ads in one ASC campaign, do you launch multiple variations of the same ad (different hooks/headlines) as Flexible instead of adding them individually?
