Best thing I did was delete Twitter from my phone. Now I check it literally for under 5 minutes a day, if that, from my laptop. After being off for a while it's shocking at the amount of rage-bait and absolute swill people post on here. Not good for the psyche.

The Harris camp reserved $2.7 million in North Carolina yesterday and are now redirecting about $2 million of that, so they are actually increasing their ad buy in the state. Harris is visiting NC several times this week.
