@joyofprinting It's a pain in the ass to get right - off you don't have an enclosure, make sure you're in a draft free area and try either including a single thickness wall via slicer settings, or add one to the model. I typically add a brim that goes to the wall as well

@VisualStudio It looks like it's resolved now - was just getting a generic 500 error saying there was a problem. Frustrating at the time, but I'm pleased to report that's no longer the case!
