@bookingcom Have been chasing a refund for a month now. Nobody responds to the chat on the website. Have called 6 times now. The line goes dead every time between 1-3 minutes into the call. Nobody ever calls me back.
@VodafoneUK If your glasto trial is anything to go by, your network is a disaster. 2fa doesn't work. pw reset doesn't work. esim qr code doesn't work. staff overrrided app issues so i could log in. doesn't work either.
@VodafoneUK@MrWayneyB It's truly incredible. The app 2fa doesn't work after signing up. "Please contact your Account Owner". Reset password doesn't work, had to go through call centre. Finally can log into the app. QR code to install the SIM doesn't work "An error occurred. Please try again." Useless!
